The principle is to treat the private commitment as investment in The Ocean Race Itajaí ecosystem and its legacy — rather than reducing the relationship to a standalone naming or licensing fee.
Estrutura comercial, alocação entre os quatro destinos, licenciamento, direitos de propriedade intelectual e eventual tratamento de taxas permanecem sujeitos a negociação e acordo formal com a The Ocean Race. Esta é uma proposta de modelo — não uma condição aceita.
Commercial structure, allocation across the four destinations, licensing, intellectual property rights and any treatment of fees remain subject to negotiation and formal agreement with The Ocean Race. This is a proposed model — not an accepted condition.
